TU Delft’s Professor David Peck completes Advisory Board for E-Waste World Conference

Circular economy expert Professor David Peck announced as final member of Advisory Board

The eighth and final member of the E-Waste World Conference & Expo Advisory Board has been announced as Professor David Peck. An Associate Professor at TU Delft in the Netherlands, David researches and teaches in the field of circular built environment and critical materials, based in the faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, Delft University of Technology. He is a co-founder of the faculty’s Circular Built Environment group. David specializes in circular cities, critical materials, remanufacturing and historical resource constraint, especially materials policy. Recent work has a focus on societal engagement in the circular urban transition. David also works in London and Milan.

His work on critical materials and product design proposes circular pathways to address materials and climate challenges. He is the TU Delft lead scientist for EU Horizon 2020 framework projects ProSUM, ERN and the recently awarded Pop Machina. David is TU Delft lead for the EU KIC program; EIT Raw Materials. He leads a number of projects in this €2 billion program that has a focus on materials and circular economy.

In addition to offering expert opinion as an Advisory Board member, David will also be delivering a fascinating presentation and moderating some special sessions at the conference this November.
